But what if I tell you that, combining the sweet notes of bacon jam with the intense and salty flavors of cheese sauce along with garlic sauce, makes your simple preparations something gourmet, would you believe me?

Ingredients for the burger
  • 500 g of ground beef (beef or pork or chicken)
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp teaspoon of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Ingredients for the garlic sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 handful of cilantro
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Broken chili (for a more intense flavor)
  • Ingredients for the bacon jam
  • 200 bacon (in small pieces)
  • 1 red onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp of brown sugar
  • 2 tsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp of honey
  • Pepper to taste
  • Ingredients for the cheese sauce
  • 200 g of gouda cheese (can be cheddar cheese)
  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
Instructions
    For the bacon jam
  1. In a sauté over medium heat, add the finely chopped bacon until golden brown, remove the excess fat, leaving about two tablespoons.

  2. Add the onions and cook until they are soft and transparent

  3. Add sugar, honey, balsamic vinegar and pepper. Cook it until it thickens (from 10-15 minutes) and set aside.

  4. To prepare the garlic sauce
  5. In a sauté over medium heat, place the 3 cloves of garlic without oil, until they are soft and golden.

  6. Turn it into pasta using the knife

  7. Mix the garlic cloves, mayonnaise, cilantro, salt and pepper, lemon and broken chili in a blender glass. Once ready, refrigerate.

  8. For the burgers
  9. In a bowl, add the meat and season it with garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste

  10. Cook the burgers in a sauté over medium-high heat, 3 minutes per side (it can be at the desired end)

  11. For the cheese sauce
  12.  In a small non-stick pot, add the butter and melt it over medium heat.

  13. Add the flour and mix well until you get a golden mixture (do not stop stirring for 3 minutes)

  14.  Little by little, add the milk without stopping stirring to avoid lumps.

  15. Lower the heat and add the cheese little by little without stopping stirring, until you get a soft and silky mixture.

  16. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and sweet paprika.

  17. To assemble the burgers
  18. Lightly toast the breads

  19. Spread a little garlic sauce on the bottom slice of the bread

  20. Place the lettuce

  21. Then add the meat and the melted cheese sauce

  22. Finish by crowning with the bacon jam and that's it.
